THE PRIZE COMPETITION is temporarliy halted for re development and all other necessary proceses

THERE IS NO MONEY COST TO THE ENTRANT TO PLAY OR BE NOTIFIED OR RECEIVE THE PRIZE

ENTRY to this current temporary competition requires the successful answer to any relevant
day's daily question

YOUR 'current temporary-stage' entries will enter a special stage of selection for entry
into the 'weekly stage process' when the main competition relaunches. This means that one
person will be selected from each 'temporary day entry process' then all these successful
daily entrants will be divided into groups for automatic entry into weekly entry stages from
where one person is selected from each weekly stage for automatic entry into The Grand Final from
where one person is automatically selected as overall winner.
 

ELIGIBILITY
UK residents over the age of 18 are entitled to enter.  Entrants from other countries it is your
sole responsibility to ensure you are legally entitled to enter either by way of age, geographical
or any other capacity.

You may possibly be eligible for entry from all commonwealth countries or countries who
are member states of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights HOWEVER it is ultimately your
responsibilty to confirm this. 

You may enter at any time whilst you are attempting to confirm your eligibility (in order to avoid lost
opportunities) but you would have to forfeit the prize if you won and either your country law or Human Rights
law did not support you.

The Prize Competition Current New Daily Question / Temporary Entry Route is initiaied between 7 and 10
each morning (unless circumstances beyond our control deem it otherwise) and as each new daily question and route
is updated the previous one is no longer avaiable for entry. 


THE FINAL PRIZE WINNER will be selected on a date to be determined on re launch of the re-developed
competition that is temporarily halteed as a result of circumstances beyond our control
 
The promoters reserve the right absolutely to cancel, halt or extend the competition at any time prior
to or during the Prize Competition whether or not entries have been submitted, therefore by implication The Prize,
and further reserve the right to alter the start and close dates or times if any circumstances beyond their
control deem it necessary.  

It is not foreseen that this will be such but In the event of any circumstances beyond the Promoters control the
Promoters shall have No further liability to the Entrant or to Any other person 

The promoters reserve the right to cancel with No Prize Whatsoever in Any such circumstance.

to the Final winner in the location of their choice unless circumstances beyond their control deem it otherwise. 

The opportunity to win the prize is Offered Free to entrants as it is intended to be paid for through

any website publisher to do.  Therefore clearly, advertising revenue is a critical factor

THE QUESTIONS Are, for the purpose of this 'temporary' competition stage, A New Question Each Day which the Entrants
must answer correctly in order to obtain an opportunity to become eligible for entry into the to be re-launched
competition and for potential to become a Successful Daily Entrant / Potential Eventual Finalist.


Each successful Daily Finalist may be requested to provide any details necessary
(in compliance with data protection laws) before entry into the weekly Final draw is valid.

Every entrant is solely and completely responsible for providing accurate and current contact
details to the Promoters who will bear no liability for any failure or inability on the Promoters
part to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors, omissions, inaccuracies or other reasons
caused by the Entrant in the contact details provided by the Entrants or otherwise.


Privacy policy - The Entrants and the Promoters acknowledge that the Promoters may use contact
details and any other necessary data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act
1998 that is supplied by the Entrants for the purpose of administering the Website and to conduct
the Prize Competition according to these Terms and Conditions. The Entrants and the Promoters also
recognize that the Promoters may (either voluntarily or at the request of a third party) also disclose
this information as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons. The promoters will not pass on any information for marketing purposes.

A condition imposed on all entrants who enter the Prize Competition is that they must ensure that, by doing so,
they do not breach any laws of their country of residence.  If the entrant enters unlawfully he is solely liable and no liability whatsoever will fall on the promoters if any Entry is deemed unlawful;   The promoters are currently of a mixed understanding with regards to US citizens.




Entries are only valid if made via the Website For an entry to be valid it must
be fully completed this is the daily question must be answered, and you must submit
your user name, town and valid email

All entrants into the Prize Competition, acknowledge that entry does not guarantee
in any way that they will win The Prize.


The Entrants acknowledge that due to no monetary charge for entry that the
Competition is a FREE Prize Competition and not subject to Section 14 of the
Gambling Act 2005 and that to win the Competition or claim
The Prize no money has been requested or paid The promotors believe
that s14(5) has been complied with in that the competition does not rely wholly on chance.


By entering the Competition The Entrant warrants that all information which is submitted
is accurate, correct, current and complete and breaches no laws of their country of residence.
The right to disqualify or treat in any other legal manner any entrant is at the Promoters
discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms and Conditions or any other
legal requirements have been breached by the Entrant
 


All Entries received will become the property of the Promoters and are un-returnable


Upon entry Entrants do not receive an automatic response but should still be safely entered
into the competition and therefore no notification does not mean no entry
has been submitted. The promoters submit an automatic or direct response to any query and any lack
of receipt by the entrant of such will be as a result of general Internet
problems out of the control of the promoters who will not be liable.

On the selecting of a valid FINAL entry it will be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt
to the promoters solicitors that the winner is a valid winner.

 The Promoters do not keep details of Entries (other than those of the DAILY, WEEKLY FINALISTS and the FINALISTS and
in the case of THE FINAL  (2 reserves also)   These details will only be retained as long as necessary.

All Entries to the Prize Competition are final

The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into about the result of the Competition following the
determination of the Winner who will be selected automatically by a legal person


On submitting one or more entries the Entrants are giving authorization to the Promoters to enter the entrants details into their database.  The  information will be used in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy and will not be used for the marketing purposes of third parties.

The Promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and any aspect of the competition or of The Prize at any time and for any reason. It is not expected  that they are to be amended but if any reason or forces outside The Promoters control occur deem it necessary then that right to amend is absolute.



THE PRIZE
The purpose of the Free to enter Prize Competition is to win The Final Prize; Which  is a prize of a house in the winners choice location as long as that location
offers properties for the value of the prize fund.

The prize may also be used to purchase the winners own current home or part of it subject to the value of the house and the prize fund.

There will be no other cash alternative the prize must be used to purchase a house.

The Prize up to the value of the prize fund will be transferred to the Winner of the Competition free from all mortgages, charges and other encumbrances, Except as recorded under the land registry title number, at the Promoter’s expense and including all fees, charges and taxes subject to circumstances
and events beyond the promoters control.

The Final Winner is responsible for ensuring the Prize is registered at HM Land Registry in the Final Winner’s name; 
The promoters may at their discretion assist with this.

The Winner will be required to forward a copy any such document necessary to prove their identity this may be in the form of a copy of their passport, driving license or other legally credible identification to the Promoters.   A solicitor of the winners will also need to be in place both to verify the winner and convey the property (the costs of this to be included in the prize .

The Winner will be required to sign a transfer deed to transfer the Property into the Winner’s name within 28 days of Transfer of the Property

The prize fund is expected to be £152,000 to spend on a house in the winners choice location as long as the prize fund is sufficient to purchase a property in the winners choice location.

This fund includes all transfer costs and if relevant to a winner from another country any tax costs therefore you understand the actual value left to purchase the house might be less.

It is expected that there will be an additional prize to the winner, of significant and beneficial value, in addition to the house prize fund.  

The Promoters will not be liable for Any loss (including but not limited to economic loss) suffered to, or sustained by, any person or property as a result of any reasonable act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and
Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the
distribution of the Prize;

The Promoters accept no liability for human or technical errors or omissions contained within these Terms and Conditions,

It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him / herself as to the accuracy of any such details and / or any content of this website.   Any loss to an Entrant as a result of the entrants own incomplete entries or communication or computer failure will not be the
liability of the Promoter


No responsibility lays on the Promoters for entries not received due, but not limited to, to high Internet traffic, computer systems failures, other malfunctions, software or server faults.  

No confirmation of your entry is necessary to you as we will evidence of identity tallies with, but not limited to, the `electronic paper trail` legal entry. 

These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any Entrant and the Promoters.

An entry shall be declared void if the entrant engages in but not limited to, any form of fraud whether actual or apparent such as but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation or concealment
or unauthorized use by way of but not limited to hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website or any of it's code or by way of a computer generated entry as will any entrant found in any way to be engaging in any either solely or in conspiracy with one or more other persons
to cause loss or injury to the competition its promoters and / or associates that would be deemed repugnant against then benefitting from this competition

When the Closing Date which will be determined on re-launch, is reached the Competition will close

Entrants and the Promoters agree that the Competition Draw, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and Human Rights.

Entrants who are not UK residents warrant by their entry into the Competition that they are not in contravention of the laws of their country of residence. The Promoters accept no liability for Entries submitted by Entrants in contravention of the laws of their country of residence

The entrants appointed firm of solicitors will be named before the commencement of the Prize Competition final

The Promoters shall not be liable to any person for any event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control including, but without limitation, any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood power cut and/or failure or obstruction of any network, broadcasting or telecommunications service, the failure of, or damage or destruction to, or any errors caused by the computer systems or records of the Promoter or any third party (including, without limitation, the Website and/or the computer server), or any part of any of the foregoing;


The promoter shall not be liable for consequences of any act or omissions made by but not limited as a result of any delivery service or banking system that might fail resulting in but not limited to money or other loss (in whole or in part) on such occurrence the Competition shall close and any funds if left
will be dealt with in accordance with the alternative prize.


The promoters shall not be liable for any other action or omission beyond their reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct or any other aspect of of the Competition draw or for any losses caused by any loss or failure of but not limited to, malfunction of the equipment or
technology of the relevant Entrant or his Internet provider.


The promoters shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of any reasonable act or omission of the Promoters or their agents in developing, planning and administrating the Competition transferring the Prize or distributing the Prize Fund to any person or following the transfer of the Prizes or distribution of the Prize Fund. for any loss suffered by any Entrant as a result of incomplete Entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.

As the law of England currently stands, the Prize is tax-free this may be different if you are entering from a country that permits entry so it is accepted by you that the prize if a taxable prize will result in your property being of less value than the prize fund offered. In these circumstances
the prize will be a property to the vale of the £152,000less any transfer and tax (if relevant.

By entering the competition draw Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them and agree that the Prize competition has been intended in good faith and no liability as to, but not limited to all above lies with the promoters whatsoever as permissible by law.


The Promoters hold the honest belief that all relevant necessary laws, regulations and recommendations have been adhered to and that this Prize
competition is not subject to the Gambling Act 2005, is respectful of the, but not limited to, the  CAP code, The Law of Property Act 1925, and other
relevant areas of law including Human Rights.
